This three-part workshop series draws on adult development theory and Theory U to support leaders on a journey from self-awareness to deeper connection with others.Whether you're leading in organizations, communities, or other spaces, these workshops offer practical tools and insights for growing the inner qualities that make leadership feel more natural and sustainable. Through gentle embodied practices, thoughtful conversation, and exploring how we sense what's happening around us, participants will discover how to lead from a place of greater ease and authentic connection. Each workshop builds on the previous one while also being valuable on its own.
