Following the Somatics session, immerse yourself in the ethereal sounds of the Sound Bathing experience. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments wash over you, guiding you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace. Allow yourself to surrender to the healing frequencies, as they resonate with the cells of your body, promoting balance and restoration on a cellular level.

About your facilitator: Maude Moreno discovered Yoga in 2002 and became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2012. She has since trained in various disciplines in Yoga, functional movement, strength training, breathwork, mindfulness, and sound healing. After a 24-year IT career, Maude shifted her focus to Yoga’s therapeutic benefits following a health setback in 2021. She founded Yoga and Movement with Maude LLC and now teaches Yoga and mindfulness in public classes, corporate spaces, and serves as a wellness public speaker and wellness retreat facilitator.
