Hey Sisters,

If you’re craving a space to reconnect with your feminine energy and share in the presence of other women, this is for you.

The Embodied Feminine Women’s Circle is all about coming together to connect and nurture ourselves and each other. We’ll move through feminine flow movement to soften our bodies and release what we’ve been holding onto. Through breathwork, we’ll tap into the energy stored in our hips and pelvis, letting go of emotions and making room for something new.

We’ll take time to reflect with journaling, and have some real, vulnerable conversations in a safe, judgment-free space. And, of course, we’ll wrap it all up with some tea and treats, sharing laughs and connection.

This is a circle where women can come together to not just release and heal, but to also lift each other up. There’s so much power in being seen and heard by other women who just get it. You’ll leave feeling more in tune with yourself, your body, and your feminine energy, and with new connections to other women in your community.

About Me:

Hi, I’m Cherra, founder of HER Pelvic Health. I’m a Pelvic Floor Therapist and Holistic Pelvic Care Practitioner, and I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies and release stored trauma. I created these circles because I’ve seen firsthand how much magic happens when women come together. It’s a beautiful thing, and I’m honored to hold space for it.
