A workshop for the woman who desires to (re)connect with her body and her desires. When we are rooted in safety, we are full of possibility and pleasure. Let’s play, connect, and access the richness within. There will be a short overview of embodiment, followed by an exploration of different aspects of self, and finally a moving meditation with time for shares at the end.
