Welcome to Embodied Encounters. A workshop where you come into your body, to then meet other bodies.
In this version of Embodied Encounters we will be with our lungs, flow with the movement of our lungs and breathe with other lungs.
EMBODIED - You coming into your body
We begin with an embodied yoga flow practice moving with our lungs. Sensing the expansion and the contraction of our breath. Moving into organic forms and flows. You are invited to go slow and be present with the subtle sensations in your body. Invited to follow your own bodily impulses.
ENCOUNTERS - A body meeting other bodies
When we have landed on the movement of our lungs, we will meet other lungs around us through gentle exercises. With curiosity and touch we bring awareness to the movement of each others lungs and explore how we can let our breath synchronize and fall into the same rhythm.
WHO IS IT FOR
This event is for you who like movement as a medium to be a more authentic version of yourself and you want to connect with others from this place. The intention is to create space for slowness and curiosity.
If this resonates with you, you are welcome. No need for any experience with yoga or relational practices. No need to be a Rört member.
TRIAL SESSION
Embodied Encounters is a new concept by Louise Lund. She is a Rört teacher and Embodied Encounters might be a future Rört workshop concept. This is a trial session, where she invites you to join for free and you can share your feedback afterwards.
FACILITATOR
Louise Lund is a yoga teacher and trained in holding trauma-sensitive spaces. She has five years of experience with teaching yoga for all kinds of groups. She is educated in Authentic Flow, Rört yoga, and Trauma2Trust. She has a passion for embodied practices, bodily explorations, and slow, curious meetings.
