Optimize every area of your life ~ dive into a felt sense of your needs & boundaries so that you can discover true embodied consent.
About this Event

Do you sometimes struggle to ask for what you need?

Or say yes to things you didnt want?

Do you want a more embodied sense of your needs & boundaries?

Come join LaMariposa; a Psychotherapist, Embodiment & Consent Facilitator for this transformative 1-day workshop. We will explore some of the deeper dynamics of consent in an embodied & down-to-earth way. This will be a BIPoC & queer centred space where everyone is welcome.

Are you ready to truly connect with yourself?

To identify & let go of unhelpful patterns e.g. people pleasing, fear of conflict, fear of abandonment/rejection, fear of saying no?

To have deeper authentic relationships?

To feel & clearly express your needs & boundaries?

To stop putting others’ needs before your own?

To create the life you desire?

Optimize every area of your life as we dive into a felt sense of needs & boundaries, including the shadows of wanting & taking, so that you can discover true embodied consent.

Join us for this inner journey of transformation.

Experiential consent practices – solo, 2s & group
