Embodied by Design: Nothing to Prove

The first of a nine-part series exploring the Human Design centers, this immersive two-hour experience invites you to explore the Human Design Will Center through more than information alone.
Together, we will move beyond the traditional workshop format and into a guided journey of reflection, breath, movement, sound, and energetic awareness. Through experiential learning, you will begin to notice how the Will Center may influence your relationship with worth, willpower, promises, achievement, and the pressure to prove yourself.
Whether your Will Center is open or defined, this experience offers space to feel the difference—not as something to fix, but as something to understand. You will be guided through practices designed to help you recognize conditioned patterns, reconnect with your natural energy, and explore what becomes possible when worth is no longer something you have to earn.
The evening will be co-led by Human Design expert Ashley Watkins, ACC and Synthanee Humbert of Inner Oasis, weaving Human Design education with embodied movement, breathwork, sound bath, and optional Reiki.
This is not a lecture. It is an invitation to experience your design from the inside out.
