Connect with your body, baby and build community through expressive movement.About this Event
This movement workshop is for all pregnant people in any stage. No previous dance or movement experience is required.
The facilitators will hold a safe space to connect with the body in an expressive way. You will have an opportunity to creatively form and strengthen connection with self and baby while moving with other parents building a supportive and like-minded community.
You are not alone in your (new) role.
