A 4-Week Co-Ed Relational Presence Group

Mondays, April 13- May 4th, 6-7:30pm.

Modern life trains us to communicate quickly, think constantly, and live mostly in our heads.

Yet our deepest connections happen somewhere else entirely.

They happen in the body’s subtle language of presence, emotion, and nervous system attunement.

This four-week group explores how to:

• Slow down and feel your inner experience

• Communicate with honesty and transparency

• Listen beneath words into emotional truth

• Stay grounded in the body during connection

Drawing inspiration from the work of Thomas Hübl, this group becomes a shared space to practice relational awareness in real time.

Together we explore:

• Embodied presence

• Transparent communication

• Emotional attunement

• Nervous system co-regulation

Through guided practices, partner exercises, and group reflection, participants learn how to relate from a place of deeper authenticity.

No prior experience is required.

Just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.

Group Structure

Small coed group format

Experiential and discussion-based

Each session includes:

• Guided embodiment practice

• Partner exercises

• Group integration dialogue
