Learning Astrology is like learning a new language. However, astrology also lives within you, and it often comes to live when we use somatic practices to tap into the wisdom that is already within us. After over 15 years of incredible interest, intuitive immersion and in-depth study with a profound astrological teacher-mentor, I have found that the act of EMBODYING Astrology is one of the most accessible ways to begin to integrate the power, magic and mystery of the cosmos.
In this two hour workshop, we will dance with the planetary bodies and archetypes that are very much alive inside the 12 signs of the zodiac. Becca will guide the group through gentle movement practices influenced by yoga, dance, somatic therapy, and Qoya, that enhance comprehension and more importantly, expand the intuitive relationship you have to astrology.
