As a Gemini teacher, no class you attend is the same and there is a weekly theme based on the astro-lunar energy. We start off by going over the moon moves flow for the week and discussing how this energy can come through for us individually. After our astro chat we move into a dance flow practice that brings in the energy of the week. Gentle yoga, mindfulness, meditation and stretching are also intertwined into our flow practice rooted in the lunar energy. The flow created together for the week is meant for you to come back to at home throughout the week to practice your favourite parts as needed as the moon changes signs every 2.5 days.
