This is an invitation to step into your body's wisdom, awaken your senses, and explore the untapped power within you. Through breath, movement, intuitive art, sound and deep witnessing, we'll gently unlock emotions we often suppress - turning them into fuel for vitality, expression, and connection... allowing you to step beyond the small, controlled version of yourself and into the vast, wild intelligence of your inner knowing...Tammy invites you to meet yourself—not just the parts you’ve polished for the world, but the shadowy, electric, unclaimed pieces waiting to be reclaimed. And to have fun in the process!
This isn’t about fixing, achieving, or ascending. It’s about remembering that everything—the sacred, the awkward, the ridiculous, and the sublime—belongs. And so do you.
Tammy is not here to teach you how to be more productive or spiritually pure—she’s here to crack open the cage, throw glitter on the floor, and remind you that your most feral, unfiltered self is the one closest to truth.
This workshop is gentle yet potent, playful yet profound. There's no right way to participate- only an invitation to explore, feel, and express at your own pace. Come as you are. Leave feeling more alive.
