EMBER is Chapter V of Pasta Wednesday — a monthly intimate

dining experience by Lagos Chop Catering Canada Inc.

Two rooms. One evening. Guests arrive to a reception room

with passed appetizers and mingle before moving to the

dinner room where 20 seats are set.

The menu is built around ember heat — slow-roasted,

smoke-kissed, deeply flavoured. Heritage Nigerian culinary

tradition, elevated. Menu drops May 20.

This is not a restaurant. Not a pop-up.

A table that builds a nation — one Wednesday at a time.
