Embassy of the Czech Republic Swing Dance with Live Band, Lessons, & Dinner

Enjoy a delightful evening of live music and swing dancing at the Embassy of the Czech Republic with a swing dance lesson presented at the beginning by Tom and Debra from Gottaswing.

You do not need a date or prior dance experience to attend, as we will show you how to dance even if you’ve never danced before with a swing dance lesson presented at the beginning of the event.

Indulge in a dinner buffet feast of delectable Czech cuisine along with Czech beer as you meet other International Club of DC members and enjoy an evening of music and dance.

Dance the night way in the Ballroom of the Embassy of the Czech Republic to live music performed by Orchester Prazevica, performing music from the Czech Republic with influences from countries of the lower Danube including Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania.

Kindly note that the Ambassador's schedule is subject to change due to official duties. In the event the Ambassador is unable to attend due to diplomatic responsibilities, another high-ranking diplomat will welcome you to the event on behalf of the Ambassador.

Due to security and space considerations, you must reserve a ticket in advance to attend. Please arrive with photo ID that matches the name on your reservation. Due to strict security considerations at the Embassy of the Czech Republic all guests must have a reservation and photo ID to attend. Absolutely no door sales.

Space is very limited. Please make your reservations early.
