EM} Life Drawing Creative Social - 2026 Manifestion Through Sketching

By the end of January, many of us have already given up on our resolutions. Life gets busy, motivation dwindles and the results don’t happen fast enough to bring satisfaction. If our life has fallen into disarray or we’re experiencing too many distractions, art can rekindle our desire for emotional balance. We will guide you through exercises that help reveal what’s missing from your day-to-day life.

Join our relaxing manifestation event and set your goals in charcoal and ink! You don’t need any previous art or life drawing experience; all you need is to relax and trust yourself! Even if you aren’t doing resolutions, it’s always good to recharge and celebrate the renewal the New Year brings! The images we create will serve as our gentle reminders to strive for being our best selves.

Drawing is energy made visible and through the process it will reveal the wisdom we already hold within us. The prompts and exercises from this session will be the first stepping stone to self-knowledge and art will be the lifelong tool of communication. Words can feel clumsy but our lovely life drawing group will give you the space to be vulnerable in a new way and allow you to connect to others through an understanding in images.

What to expect:

• In the first half of the session, we will be focusing on the high energy of the holiday season and the excitement of starting the new year.
• In the second half, we’ll re-examine our daily lives and find the parts that we can be excited about again.
• We will give you the tools to discover what is most important to you and how to keep satisfaction as you bring it into your life.

About the Guest Host:

This event will be co-hosted by Pink Herring Studio, who share Early Masterworks’ passion for art, exploration and community. Pink Herring was started by Nico and Leo, who hope to bring a little extra sparkle and joy into the world! If you enjoy a slightly unusual or unique approach to art and aesthetic, we would love to share our own passion for the weird and the discarded. Our art is influenced by the journey we have been on, all of us from East-European countries, we explore our culture and translate our fables to a new audience in England. Our art often explores queer narratives, complicated relationships with body and gender, and the struggle to exist as yourself.

We create a welcoming and warm environment for all backgrounds, demographics, and skill levels at this creative social life drawing event to meet, drink, draw, and create! We do not instruct; instead, we invite participants to share. We believe that art connects people, and sharings improve creativity!

We host weekly themed untutored gatherings at a variety of one-of-a-kind places in London. Rundown:

Doors open: 6.45pm

Life drawing: 7 to 8:30pm (mix of short and long poses, with short break)

Door close: 9pm

House Rules:

• NO REFUNDS - Due to the amount of time and effort invested in event planning, we are unable to give refunds for this event.
• Book ASAP - Please book online for you and your friends in advance so we know how to arrange the seats.
• Some basic drawing materials and paper will be available for free but if you wish to bring your own sketchbooks and materials please do! Drawing boards, small tables and cosy sofa seats are all provided on a first come-first served basis.
• Discrimination and bullying in any form will not be tolerated at our events.
• The full price ticket includes one drink (a small glass of wine or a bottle of beer); more beverages and snacks can be purchased at the in-house bar, which we highly recommend you try!
• This is a 18+ event. We operate a challenge 25 policy at the bar, so please bring ID with you.
• Photography and Filming take place during workshops and gallery opening times. Please let us know if you do not want to be on film. All material captured is used for either our social media or future promotion.
