Victoria & Family are proud to announce Our 15th Year organising Elvis Coventry Weekender
Our Weekend event is
At: Royal Court Hotel & Spa,Coventry Tamworth Rd, Keresley, Coventry CV7 8JG
Date:From Friday 5th December – Sunday 7th December 2025.
As always, our main priority is providing you all with reasonable prices to ensure we are giving you the best value for money for the duration of our Elvis Coventry Weekender.
Our Prices are inclusive of all accommodation,Entertainment,Parking, Buffet breakfast, Silver service evening meals plus a light lunch on Saturday daytime.
The Hotels also offers full use of the following during your stay free of charge:
Heated Indoor Pool – Spa –Sauna - Steam room (No hidden costs)
For only:
⭐️£285 per person sharing a Double or Twin room
⭐️£315 based on Single occupancy.
⭐️£200 Children.
Your furry friends are welcome at a cost of £30 per night but any damage your pet makes will be chargeable to yourself.
***Seating arrangements will be allocated on first come basis.

For the month of January only all Prices to ECW2025 will be discounted by £15 each if paid in full by January 31st 2025.
Anything purchased after 31st January full prices will be applied.
Entertainers will follow shortly once they've been confirmed 🤩

Friday evening Shows, Saturday day time shows and Saturday evening shows are all included in the price.
Parking is completely free for all our guests( all vehicle registration details will need to be entered on arrival at reception)
Food:
All you can eat Buffet Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday Morning.
Light lunch on Saturday day time & 3 course silver service Evening Meals on Friday and Saturday.
There are limited tickets so please don't delay.
This popular event requires £50 deposit to secure your place asap(January)
and the full balance by 1st November.
No cash payments will be taken.
We will be offering a monthly payment plan from February-October. (9 Months affordable plan)
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE
ANY TICKET TRANSFERRED WITHOUT BEING AUTHORISED WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY.

This beautiful Grade II listed Coventry Country House Hotel is set in landscaped gardens and
parkland, approximately 3 miles from Coventry City Centre.
The original Manor House, built in
1894 by the car manufacturer William Hillman, has been tastefully extended over the years to
become the largest hotel in Coventry
Terms and conditions:
1. By purchasing tickets for the Elvis Weekend, the purchaser agrees to all the terms and conditions
2. Tickets for the weekend can only be purchased through the organiser not the hotel. This a private event.
3. Purchased tickets cannot be REFUNDED but you can arrange to resell however £20
admin to alter the name's on the booking only with permission of organiser.
4. You will be advised of events and itinerary of the weekend prior to the event.
5. We do not send out any tickets. You will be issued with wristbands and any information on arrival.
ID is required at check in.
6. Payments plans can to be agreed by the organiser & purchaser only.
7. Special requests are noted but cannot always be granted however we will try to accommodate.
8.The organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the itinerary programme and timings without being liable
9.The check in time is from 3pm although some rooms may not be available, please be patient
10. The organiser can refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for unreasonable or dangerous behaviour.
11. Ticket holders may be subject to being searched on entry, before and during the event.
12. No food or alcohol is to be taken into the function room.anyone found doing so will be removed
13. No stalls or market sales without permission of the organisers.
14. Anyone found being rude or abusive to the organiser or anyone on the team or hotel staff will be refused entry and asked to leave
15. It is your responsibility to arrive in time for meals.
