Eltham Park 5 2026 Race & Family Fun Run

The Eltham Park 5 Race & Family Fun Run is a long standing event organised by the NEJ Running Club who are based in New Eltham. The event also supports local charities and has previously supported Demelza and the Greenwich & Bexley Community Hsopice.

The event begins with a 1 mile family fun run for children (and supporting adults!). Then the 5 mile race begins. The route is 2 loops, through Eltham Park South, into Oxleas Woods and back into Eltham Park North and is just over 5 miles in distance. It is suitable for elite athletes and first time runners - everyone is welcome.

People who book an earlybird ticket will get an exclusive race t-shirt and all participants will receive a medal.
