Wellness Activation Overview (Approx. 2 Hours)

The Free Your Soul Wellness Activation is an immersive, guided experience centered on stillness, release, and connection through meditation, music, and community.

The activation opens with a guided meditation to ground participants and bring everyone fully into the space. This flows into a full listening of the Free Your Soul EP, experienced either in stillness or through intuitive, ecstatic movement, depending on the energy of the room.

Following the EP, a second meditation helps integrate the experience, creating space for reflection and embodiment. Coco & Breezy then share thoughts around intention, healing through sound, and the creation of the project, before closing with an informal meet and greet to connect with the community.
