Ez a korábban március 28., csütörtökre meghirdetett koncert új időpontja.
Egy spanyol zenész-filmrendező, aki beleszeretett a mai Afganisztán és Irán határán elhelyezkedő Horászán régió zenéjébe, és egy perzsa klasszikus zenei előadó valószínűtlen találkozásából született a Badieh duó, amely a 2021-es ragyogó bemutatkozó lemez után még magasabb szintre emelte a horászáni tradicionális zene interpretálását - immár trióként. A régió legjobb zenészeivel dolgoztak 2023 novemberében megjelent második albumukon, amelynek turnéján nemcsak ezt az itthon élőben nagyon ritkán elcsíphető zenei világot hallhatjuk, hanem rögtön a műfaj legjobb zenészeit is.
Michel Gasco spanyol dokumentumfilmes, akinek a zene talán még nagyobb hivatása, 2006-ban találkozott az afgán Ustad Rahim Khushnawaz legendás rabab-játékos (a rabab kistestű, lantszerű, sokhúros pengetős hangszer) zenéjével, és ez szerelem volt első hallásra. A Horászán régió, ez az iráni-afgán határ által kettészelt, ősi kulturális értékekben bővelkedő terület a tradicionális zene terén is nagy jelentőségű. Miután Gasco kutatni kezdte a régiót, felfedezte és lemezhez juttatta Ustad Rahim fiát, Nasim Khushnawazt, aki apja hagyományait folytatva manapság a legjobb rabab-játékos. Készített egy nagy sikerű válogatáslemezt a Meshedben, Irán északi, második legnagyobb városában száműzetésben élő afgán zenészekkel, és az iráni Mohammad Miraghazadehhel megalapította Badieh nevű duóját, amely a horászáni tradicionális zenét élteti. A 2021-es bemutatkozó lemez után 2023 végén érkezett a folytatás, ezen már zenekari tag Ramin Ahmadi, aki az egyik legkiválóbb tablás, de vendéként zenél Nasim Khushnawaz is, aki szerencsére a lemezbemutató világturnéjára is a többiekkel tart, akárcsak Mahdi Afshar énekes.

Formed out of the unlikely encounter between a Spanish musician/filmmaker who fell in love with the music of the Khorasan region - located around the modern border between Afghanistan and Iran - and a performer of Persian classical music, the duo known as Badieh followed up their brilliant 2021 debut album by bringing their interpretations of traditional Khorasan music to an even higher level - now as a trio. Their second album, released in November 2023, saw them working with the finest musicians from the region, and this tour affords us the opportunity to hear a world of music that is very rarely experienced live here, as well as the finest musicians working in the genre.
Spanish documentary filmmaker Michel Gasco, for whom music is perhaps an even more important vocation than his video work, met the legendary Afghan rabab player (the rabab is a small, lute-like multi-stringed plucked instrument) Ustad Rahim Khushnawaz in 2006, and it was love at first listen. Bisected by the Iranian-Afghan border, the Khorasan region is rich in ancient cultural treasures, with its traditional music among the most important ones. After Gasco began exploring the region, he discovered and recorded the work of Ustad Rahim's son Nasim Khushnawaz, who, continuing in his father's footsteps, is the top rabab player in the world today. Together with Afghan musicians living in exile in the northern Iranian city of Mashhed, the country's second largest city, he established the duo Badieh together with the Iranian artist Mohammad Miraghazadeh in order to preserve the traditional music of Khorasan. The follow-up to their 2021 debut album arrived in late 2023, this time incorporating new member Ramin Ahmadi, among the finest tabla players in the world, as well as guest artists Nasim Khushnawaz, who fortunately is going on the world tour supporting the album launch with the others, and singer Mahdi Afshar.
