Ella Thompson hosts a special one-off intimate performance at the Melbourne Recital Centre Salon on May 17th, in celebration of the release of her second solo album “Cocoon/Dawn” out late 2022. Ella will be performing all new unreleased work with an 8-piece band, featuring some of the country’s brightest instrumental and vocal stars, giving her self-produced album a new life with lush live arrangements. Expect to hear Ella’s signature melodic and soulful delivery in songs and stories responding to themes of connection, isolation and new beginnings. Be transported into a sonic and visual wonderland, as this unique space is transformed by the artist into a capsule of their imagination.
