Although only 20 years old and new to the music scene, Ella Campbell has had a passion for music since before she could walk.As a child, her family often had neighbourhood get-togethers that centred around playing music. When she was supposed to be sleeping, Ella would often sneak in with the adults to listen and sing along. Family friends eventually built a stage where Ella, along with other family and friends would entertain with songs and instruments. "Music and Friends" was a way of life.
Having family and neighbours from Newfoundland, she was highly influenced by artists such as Great Big Sea and The Irish Descendants. She has a love for all music and it shows in her performance as she plays songs from various genres over multiple decades.
She's been playing in various locations throughout the Maritimes and has begun writing her own songs. She is looking forward to growing her career.
