We hear about RESPA all the time. "Oh, don't do that, it's a RESPA violation." But, do you even know what's in RESPA? It's common for those who "threaten RESPA" to either be wrong or not really understand what RESPA is and what it says. We give insight on this subject to keep you out of trouble and make sure you don't get pushed around by others who don't know what they're talking about.
