Elkin Valley Trails Association invites you to a community meeting focused on trail work, volunteers, and next steps across the Elkin Valley. We are grateful to Reeves Theater for providing the venue and supporting this community conversation.
The meeting will highlight recent accomplishments, projects underway, and future trail plans. You will also learn where help is most needed and how you could get involved in ways that fit your time and interests. This meeting is designed for current volunteers, potential volunteers, hikers, and anyone who cares about local trails and outdoor access.
The evening includes a presentation followed by time to visit tables focused on specific volunteer opportunities. You will leave with a clear understanding of how trails connect across the area and where your skills and interests align.

Reeves Theater, 129 W Main Street, Elkin, NC
Doors open at 6:00 PM
Presentation starts at 6:30 PM and lasts about one hour
Volunteer tables and conversations follow
Topics include
• Trail projects completed and in progress
• Future trail priorities
• Volunteer roles and ways to get involved
• How community support moves projects forward
This meeting is open to everyone. No prior experience or commitment required.
