Elk Grove Walking Club

Welcome to the Elk Grove Walking Club! I see a lot of clients that are looking for that motivation to start moving again. If this is you then join us for a fun and healthy way to start and stay active in our community. Our next walk will take place on Sat Oct 26 2024 at 9:00 AM at 3117 Dwight Rd suite 200 and we will be walking to Jamie's Cafe for a quick bite/coffee and head back. Lace up your sneakers and come out to enjoy a leisurely stroll with friends and neighbors. Let's walk, talk, and get some fresh air together. Every month we will feature a different walk.
