Her journey began in 1999 and has taken her from working directly with buyers and sellers to leading The Hilbert Team, serving in multiple Keller Williams leadership positions, and becoming General Manager of the Xperience Brokerage Network, where the organization earned Top Workplace recognition for seven consecutive years.

Today, as the Keller Williams Northwest Regional Director, Leslie continues to champion leadership development, business growth, and meaningful opportunities for others.
