This 2-day camp is designed to give hurdlers crucial drills and skills that will take their speed to new heights. Each day is designed by Coach Clark in a similar way to how he plans and coaches his NCAA Champions and All-American sprinters/hurdlers. NAU’s national caliber athletes will assist Coach Clark during the camp.
Attendees will receive feedback, encouragement, and world-class instruction throughout the two-day camp. Middle and high school athletes of all levels are welcome. Whether you want to learn how to 3-step or want to sharpen your skills to become a D1 recruit—Coach Clark can help you.
