About this Event
Performing songs from Broadway to the Classics to Easy Listening, Elissa brings her seductive yet passionate voice to the Alex Theater. Classically trained, she comes from a large family of professional musicians, Broadway actors and many more.
Collaborating with Grammy Award Winning Producer/Arranger, Pablo “Chino” Nunez, Elissa recorded her first album with her sister in the duo, DeLissána, which earned them a Grammy nomination in two categories right out of the gate: 1) Best New Artist and 2) Album of the Year for “Embrace Abrazo Abbraccio”.
From Patsy Cline’s “Fall to Pieces”, to “Nights in White Satin” in Italian, to Tony Braxton’s “Unbreak my Heart” in Spanish, Elissa brings her dulcet tones and singing talent to the Alex Theater stage.
