About this Event

Two-Day Cognitive Workshop | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM each day

KPIs

  • Elucidation of everyday understanding and thinking
  • Greater elicitation fluency and ability to defend against elicitation attacks
  • Improved sales, negotiation, and marketing
  • Enhanced management of personal and professional relationships
  • Clarification of cognitive operations commonly specified for computational simulation (AI)

Task

Elicitation is remarkable in its averageness, practicality, and ability to liberate purpose. Its core transformations pertain to personal and professional relationships, sales, marketing, business, negotiations, polling, police investigations, psychological and intelligence operations, social engineering, user recommendation systems, software development, customer sentiment analysis, and AI. Its power is not confined to elicitation techniques or human susceptibilities. It corresponds to the ability to exploit common sense mindfully.

Response

  1. Reduces elicitation to its basic system and phenomenological transformations.
  2. Teaches the frame of mind to evoke the reciprocity of motives correlated with eliciting effectively.
  3. Transmutes the analytic understanding of elicitation into an intuitive one that permits operational fluency.
  4. Enables a more comprehensive understanding of elicitation than is available through standard USG briefings or studies of techniques and susceptibilities.

Cybernetic and phenomenological perspectives are enacted in simplest terms to optimize interpretability and applicability. The workshop is derived from the author’s scientific research, prior experience as a CIA Operations Officer, and current work coaching US Military and Special Forces intelligence and psychological operations.

Method

Best teaching practices are employed. They include discovery sessions, learning exercises, knowledge checks, and a rigorous reduction of human phenomena and core concepts. The vector subscribes to the teaching methods ordained by the . The CFD-IC is an integration of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC), and Faculty Development Program Phase 1 (FDP1). It is the “gold standard” of adult learning. Dr. Trujillo received his 108-hour CFD-IC certification in 2019.
