Eleventh Hour Building Tour

Ever wanted to get a look behind the scenes at Eleventh Hour? See where the beer is made? Get a look at the German Village without all the people? Ever wanted to learn about the history of our 19th century building? Well you're in luck!

As part of our Lawrenceville Daze celebration, we are offering exclusive behind the scens tour of our entire building. You'll get a tour of the brewhouse and production area, learning about how we craft our special beers. Our tour guide will then lead you through the less seen areas of the building including the Barrell Room, German Village, and additional areas (yes, there's more to be sene beyond the German Village). All along the way you'll learn the history of our brewery, the building and its previous occupants.

Your event ticket includes two 8 oz pours of your choice, a reseved spot on this exclusive tour, and an Eleventh Hour merch pack.

Info: We'll meet in our Main Taproom, where you normally enter the brewery. We'll make sure everyone has arrived, grab our first beer and give you some introductory information.

Info: Let's take a look at the production area, where our beer is made. We'll see the brew house, where we make hot wort, the cellar area, where wort transforms into beer, our packaging equipment, and our walk in cooler. You'll leave the brewing area with a basic understanding of the brewing process and the specific equipment we use.

Info: Next we'll move into the Barrel Room where our spirit and wine barrels are stored. We'll dive into the role these vessels play in creating beers like BYS, La Nave Madre, and Lamplighter and why we store barrels in a room like this. We'll also learn about the pride and joy of our Barrel Room, our custom made Italian foeder.

Info: We'll then make our way into the German Village, getting a chance to learn about the history of the building's previous occupants, where the village came from, and how we came to use the space.

Info: Finally, we'll take a look beyond the village into the secret rooms that no one other than Eleventh Hour gets to see. Explore the lavish office spaces, ornate decorations, and beautiful stone fireplaces that occupy the final unexplored spaces of our building.

Info: We'll return to the taproom just in time for the Lawrenceville Daze festivities to kick off!
