Looking for a unique Ballroom Dancing experience? Try our Elevensies Dance Social!
“Elevensies” refers to a short coffee/tea break taken around 11am. It’s meaning varies a bit from there depending on what country you’re in. We see it as a lovely break in your week to enjoy good company, good food, and of course- good dancing!
THE DANCING: Our Elevensies Dance Social will be entirely for socializing! No groups, no games, and no performances. Just open dancing and time to catch up with your dance buddies. Music requests may be made so long as it fits with the more social style playlist planned for the afternoon.
THIS EVENT IS GREAT FOR NON-DANCERS, TOO! So please share with your significant others, friends and family that aren’t dancers, yet.
THE TEA PARTY: A self serve buffet with lots of traditional English Tea Time finger foods will be available throughout the party. A variety of fresh, hot, loose leaf teas and coffee will be served throughout the day.
(Decaf and/or virgin substitute beverages available)
THE SEATING: We have a limited amount of seats available and due to the food provided you must register in advance for this event. Each table seats 4 guests and we will do our best to accommodate seating requests. If you register early enough we may be able to reserve the sunroom for a party of up to 16 guests.
