About : Empowering Connection with Wonder and Imagination in the Age of AI
In an era where technology is ubiquitous, Digital Wellbeing encourages us to proactively navigate the complex relationships between imagination, tech, and human wellness. This book investigates challenges and opportunities presented by the Age of AI, offering ways to align attention with intention, overcome the loneliness epidemic, build meaningful relationships, elevate awe, and harmonize technology with life to enhance it rather than detract from it. Leaders are guided to integrate principles of wonder and imagination with the most current digital practices to increase curiosity, joy, and deep connection.
