This special class is designed to enhance your strength and flexibility; release tension, lighten up; have fun and be fully connected.

The teacher will demo with variations, all over a high-quality sound system to ensure all can follow with ease. The class lasts 75/90 minutes - all levels - no judgment zone, leave out any movements that don't serve you!

2 ) General Refunds (24 hours BEFORE event) 100% refundable ticket (minus EB fees)

If you can not attend, you do not have to wait, this is a self-process system. Go to your ticket settings and self-process 24+ hours before the event. Less than 24 hours there is no refund or credit due to any personal reasons that prevent you from attending which includes weather, traffic, health, or anything else that is happening outside of the event location.
