About this Event

Here is your invitation to step away, honor yourself and create space for the woman you are becoming. This is your time to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Join us for a time to be mindful and calm our minds, somatic movement to reconnect with your body and engage in meaningful conversations in a safe and supportive space. Location will be sent prior to event, snacks and drinks will be provided. Bring your open heart and beautiful soul and reset, recharge and have a beautiful time in community.
