Ashley and Tim invite you to step onto the mat together and explore the joy of partner yoga — blending playfulness with presence to support balance in the physical, mental, and energetic body.
This experience emphasizes both verbal and non-verbal communication, creating space to build trust, deepen connection, and awaken the playful child in all of us.
We’ll begin with gentle warm-up poses on our own mats before transitioning into supported partner postures, where each person will have the opportunity to both give and receive. Many participants are surprised by how much deeper they can soften, stretch, and release when supported by a partner.
