Elevated & Empowered: A Breathwork & Sound Healing Experience

Join us for Elevated & Empowered, an intentional evening of breathwork and sound healing in support of SHERO Foundation.This immersive experience begins with guided breathwork led by Danielle McCafferty of Root, designed to help regulate the nervous system, release stored stress, and create clarity and expansion.The evening will then transition into a grounding and restorative sound healing journey led by Lisa Iverson, allowing the body to integrate, soften, and reset.Together, we gather in community to breathe, release, and rise while supporting the meaningful work of SHERO Foundation and their mission to empower women.

Suggested Donation: $25 per person. All proceeds benefit SHERO Foundation.
