Join ACELerate Women for an engaging fireside chat on curating a professional wardrobe that seamlessly reflects your personal style and diverse professional life. As a woman who wears many hats, you'll discover how to build a wardrobe that effortlessly supports your multifaceted talents and ambitions.
A professional wardrobe matters for Asian women as it empowers us to confidently express our unique cultural identity while navigating workplace expectations, helping us stand out and succeed in diverse professional environments.
We are joined by two leading fashion industry experts, Jane Goh, fashion designer and owner of clothing brand, Northern Clover. This workshop is moderated by Khamsone Sirimanivong, ACEL Board Member and former president of Arizona Costume Institute, Arizona’s leading fashion collection.

OUR SPEAKERS:
Khamsone Sirimanivong emigrated to Arizona from Laos in 1981 and grew up in Central Phoenix. She studied architecture at Syracuse University, Arizona State University, and fashion design at FIDM in San Francisco and Phoenix College. Her career spans marketing and public relations across industries including finance, land conservation, government, tourism, media, healthcare, real estate, technology and of course fashion. She once owned a clothing store on Route 66 in Flagstaff and was appointed Film Commissioner for Northern Arizona by the Governor’s Office. Khamsone also served as former president of Arizona Costume Institute at Phoenix Art Museum and is vice chair of Legacies of War in D.C.
Jane Goh (Panelist) - Jane is a fashion entrepreneur hailing from Singapore, brings her expertise in international supply chain management to her successful venture, Northern Clover. Her brand, Journey, graces the racks of over 400 bridal, departmental, and specialty stores across the United States and Canada. With a Bachelor of Mathematics from The National University of Singapore and an MBA in International Business from Business School Sao Paulo-University of Toronto, Jane's academic background complements her business acumen. Outside of work, she indulges in design, cooking, and hiking. Jane also embraces her role as a mother to Chloe, a 20-year-old college junior at Purdue University.
