About this Event

Session overview:

Today’s organisations expect HR Business Partners to be trusted advisors who create measurable business value, influence strategic decisions, and build strong stakeholder relationships. It’s a complex challenge, and this session will provide some fresh thinking plus powerful tools and concepts that you can put into practice tomorrow.

will structure the workshop around the Seven HR Enablers model, which is built on research into the activities and behaviours that underpin great business partnering and is endorsed by Dave Ulrich.

Whether you are an HR Business Partner, HR leader, or HR professional looking to increase your organisational impact, this workshop provides a clear framework for developing the confidence, capability, and mindset needed to succeed in today’s fast-evolving world of work.

You will come away with fresh clarity and confidence from new approaches that build your business (or organisation) focus, influence, and effectiveness.

Participants will also receive a copy of Deborah’s book ‘Empowering HR’ which is also endorsed by Dave Ulrich.
