Join US - Universal Sines - for a live music yoga class designed to elevate your energy and consciousness. This all levels flow will be steeped in intention and good vibrations, as we begin a new lunar cycle, connect with our ancestors on the Day of the Dead, and celebrate the grand opening of Wellness & Movement!We'll begin with breathwork and meditation, priming our minds to plant the seeds of intention with the New Moon in Scorpio, and align our energy with the wisdom of our ancestors while the veil is thin between worlds. With our intentions and breath as our guides, we’ll move through an inspiring yoga practice, accompanied by live electronic beats and soul-soothing vibrations, followed by an extra long savasana with sound healing.
Feel free to bring a special item to honor loved ones who have passed away. We will co-create a beautiful altar with flowers, candles, photos, and other offerings to invite our ancestors to join us in sacred space.

Universal Sines is a collaboration between Amy Sawyer and Lyndon “Lp” Perry. Amy is a yoga therapist, reiki master teacher, psychedelic guide and integration coach, with a passion for helping others access their innate healing wisdom. Lp is a user experience designer by day and a lifelong creative with over 25 years as a song writer and music producer. Together, they create an environment that offers the opportunity for healing through deep presence and soul-soothing frequencies.
