JESSICA HARNOIS

Sommelier, speaker and entrepreneur

Jessica Harnois is a well-known public figure in the business world and an influential leader in the Quebec and international wine industry. From a very young age, Jessica learned to use her nose, which will later evolve into an early career in the restaurant business.

She has worked for major institutions around the world, such as Toqué in Montreal, Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago, and Tetsuya’s in Sydney. Amongst her many accolishment, her career has lead her to chair the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (ASCP) and being Vice President of the Pan American Sommelier Alliance (APAS), and becoming one of the few women to chair a national association of sommelier.

SOLANGE TUYISHIME KEITA

Founder, President & CEO

Solange Tuyishime currently serves as the President and CEO of Elevate International. She is also the Co-Founder of Naylah’s Legacy and a UNICEF Canada Ambassador.

On a mission to make the world better, Solange inspires leaders globally to advance diversity in leadership, empowers women around the world as a social entrepreneur, and Elevates girls as a Philanthropist with the United Nations Children’s Fund.

MADELEINE KOJAKIAN

Madeleine is affectionately known as Maddy K, is the founder of Maddy K Events Atelier, a renowned luxury event and wedding agency in Montreal. Maddy is one of the most sought-after event designers in Canada, having created spectacular celebrations for a discriminating roster of clients, earning her international praise and respect for her creativity and work ethic. A true expert in event design, consulting and visual styling, Maddy is a trendsetter, with impeccably high standards for luxury, detail and innovative design.

Maddy also is the co-founder of Maddy K Inspires Retreats – annual luxury retreats for women – as well as the bi-annual women's conference, Hustle & Heart, an intimate and inspiring evening of female influencers engaging in real talk about real life.

DR. HANI SINNO

Dr. Hani Sinno is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. After serving fifteen years in the Canadian public hospital system and learning from the American private system, taking care of thousands of patients in various hospitals, Dr Sinno decided to shift his focus to his current passion in aesthetic surgery and medicine.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Sinno is regarded as a leader in his field, having published more than 50 peer-reviewed scientific papers.

Over the past 5 years, Dr. Sinno, through his human approach, his extraordinary attention to detail and patient results, has had the humbling privilege to be consistently ranked as one of Canada’s world renowned plastic surgeons.

Samantha Kris is an award-winning speaker, a best-selling author and the Head of Reputation at Goalcast, the world’s leading empowering media company. She has been recognized for her leadership, community involvement and ability to mobilize change.

With experience both as an entrepreneur and executive, Samantha represents the modern professional; one who seizes opportunities and who creates them when they are nowhere to be found. She is impassioned by elevating others and empowering them to soar personally and professionally.
