Elevate Social Emotional Learning: Start Strong with Conscious Discipline the First Six Weeks is your key to a brighter, healthier, more fulfilling future. You’ll gain the tools and guidance you need to rebuild a strong foundation of safety, connection and problem solving from the very start of your school year.
Elevate empowers you with the mindset and skill set you need to start the school year strong with Conscious Discipline! Conscious Discipline is a transformative leader in social and emotional learning. Our adult-first trauma-informed approach addresses implicit biases; seamlessly integrates SEL, school culture and discipline; and is built on a Brain State Model that provides a comprehensive self-regulation framework for adults and children.
Your Elevate experience will teach you how to:
Create a culture of trust, connection and healing that cultivates the emotional safety students require to succeed both academically and socially.
Respond proactively, compassionately and skillfully to students affected by the events of the past 18 months, particularly in regard to COVID and social justice.
Develop a 6-week plan that addresses the SEL of all stakeholders in the school, including teachers, administrators, support staff, students and families.
Prioritize and promote mental health, equity, inclusion and resiliency within your SEL plan.
Feel confident that you can meet your own needs and the needs of your students and families, even during the most difficult times.
