Taking place October 24 at Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus, is designed to equip Miami-Dade entrepreneurs with practical tools, timely insights, and stronger networks. Building on the success of Elevate District 5 – Commissioner Eileen Higgins’ flagship small business program that has supported more than 1,000 businesses since 2022 – the conference expands that proven model countywide, convening small business owners, experts, and community leaders to exchange strategies, explore new opportunities and strengthen the ecosystem that powers our local economy.

Conference highlights include:

• Main Room Sessions: Welcome and opening keynote, a discussion on shifting ecosystems and emerging opportunities, candid conversations on funding and financing, and a closing interview to inspire next steps.
• Workshops & Breakouts: Practical sessions on AI, marketing and communications, recruiting for tech skills (coding, AI, cybersecurity), scaling “big business, low tech” operations, understanding policy changes and tariffs, and navigating procurement/working with government.
• Hands-On Resources: A pop-up permitting clinic, vendor marketplace, and “speed date” session with local providers.
• Special Features: A live Strive 305 podcast recording, dedicated networking opportunities, and a closing reception to end the day with renewed energy and stronger relationships.
