🔥 It's the 1st week of the CrossFit Open, ELEVATE CREW 🔥This week, we're kicking off the Open by dedicating it to our members who've served in the military, past and present.
Their service and sacrifice inspires us day after day, and we're grateful to have them in our community!!! You know them and love them, and you workout with them everyday. 💪🏼
To celebrate them and to kick off this years OPEN, our Friday Night Lights theme is CAMO!! So break out the gear and let's bring that energy THIS FRIDAY NIGHT!! 🤎💚🤎 February 27, 2026
FNL starts at 4:30 PM: We'll review the movement standards and dive into the workout (dropping later this week). Heats begin at 5 PM and will roll through the evening as needed.
