Elevate Foundation will be hosting our 2nd Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, October 9, 2023 (Columbus Day) at Green Pond Country Club!The funds from this tournament will be used to provide scholarships to low-income students, food for homeless shelters in the area, items for veteran projects and back-to-school projects, etc.
