About this Event

The conference is about growth and becoming to influence decisions, disruption of status quo, informing policy, dismantling unjust systems, challenging worldly ideologies and impacting our spheres to bring about the change and transformation. The theme is a clarion call to embrace our voice, visibility and vulnerability.

The conference will focus on three pillars under the Manifest theme that will initiate the evolution of our women and propel them to quantum growth.

The three pillars: Faith to become, Power to Influence and Capacity to Impact

1. Faith to Become – focuses on embracing vulnerabilities by focusing on the promises and prophecies of God concerning our lives. Having confidence in the faithfulness of God rather than our insecurities.

Speakers, activities and engagements will encourage and call us to grow in consciousness, conviction and confidence in the promises and prophecies of God concerning their lives. This provides spiritual empowerment required to MANIFEST of the spiritual realities.

2. Power to Influence – focuses to amplifying your voice through translating spiritual power to intellectual, resource, financial, expert, relationship societal etc. Power is a force that enables people to be seen and heard and enables the influencing of people, systems, structures.

Through various speakers and activities, we will explore the concept of power and provide practical tools and templates to developing different source of power.

3. Capacity to Impact - focuses on building structures and systems to scale our impact from a personal to national.

Wildflower, God is going to give you a seat some of the biggest tables in 2026, but you will need to grow into the seat in order to make impact and make God know to the world. It's time to Manifest.
