You’ll then be guided through a 45-minute Somatic Breathwork session, a powerful practice to help release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with your inner vitality. As the breath settles, we transition into a 45-minute Sound Bath experience, where healing frequencies, crystal bowls, and vibrational instruments wash over you, encouraging deep rest and integration.
