Real estate is fast-paced and often stressful, and many women in the industry rarely get the chance to pause and reset. This special yoga session is designed to help you slow down, calm your nervous system, and recharge your energy so you can continue showing up as your best self — both professionally and personally.
🧘♀️ Our yoga teacher, Muning Hu ERYT500, brings 14 years of yoga teaching experience and will guide us through a calm, relaxing, inclusive, and beginner-friendly session focused on light movements, breathing, and meditation; no prior experience needed to attend.
