About this Event

Our dynamic workshop will leave you feeling empowered by strengthening your leadership skills, fostering effective communication, and helping you build a distinctive personal brand. Participants will engage in interactive sessions that explore key leadership principles, from asking the right questions to taking a people-centric approach, and learn how to connect with teams and navigate difficult situations through authentic, clear communication. The workshop will conclude with a session on personal branding - learning how to stand out in a competitive environment through the creation of your own personal brand. By the end of the workshop, you will have a toolkit of practical strategies to inspire, lead with confidence, and cultivate a lasting, impactful presence both professionally and personally.

Info: We often avoid having difficult conversations in the workplace because of discomfort or fear of the other person’s reactions. This is ultimately counterproductive, as unaddressed issues around performance and behavior impact morale, co-worker relationships, workplace culture, and employee engagement.
This session will prepare you to better handle awkward and difficult conversations in the workplace. A 5-step process for tackling difficult conversations will be outlined, including the importance of pre-planning. Participants will also have an opportunity to practice through role-playing and feedback.
