ELEVATE 2026 - A Desert Wellness Experience

Start the year by doing something that actually changes how you feel.

ELEVATE is a high-energy, intentionally designed wellness experience set at the historic Bates Mansion in downtown Tucson. This event blends movement, recovery, music, and ritual -created for people who want more than just another workout.

We’ll begin with a 50-minute HIIT class led by KFIT, designed to push you, energize you, and get you fully in your body. Expect strong music, dynamic pacing, and an atmosphere that feels motivating without being intimidating.

From there, the experience opens up.

Following the sweat, guests will flow into a curated wellness circuit built by Rescue Me Wellness. Think recovery, restoration, and nervous-system reset intentionally layered so you can move at your own pace. The circuit will feature a rotating mix of treatments and modalities, which may include hot and cold therapy, sauna, compression, wellness injections, and other recovery experiences designed to help your body fully absorb the work you just put in.

Throughout the event, enjoy live music and DJ sets, complimentary mocktails, energy teas, post-class bites, and thoughtfully selected wellness offerings. Guests will also receive product gifting from a lineup of wellness brands we love.

This is a space to sweat, connect, recover, and ease into the new year feeling clear, strong, and reset.
