Elements of Tantric Energy - Exploring Self Love and Conscious Touch w/Abhi

Do you feel ready to take life to the next level and experience phenomenal love, joy and pleasure? Everybody wants to feel masterful when it comes to sex or being a great lover but let's face it - most of us never got the sex-ed we truly needed. Fortunately Abhi's quest for sexual healing and passion for making love even more beautiful led him down a rabbit hole of Tantra & Sexual Qi Gong (Taoism).
Elements of Tantric Energy is a combination of Tantric and Taoist exercises that include breathwork, Qi Gong and conscious consensual touch. There are two parts to this workshop - Exploring Self Love and The Art of Conscious Touch. We will be exploring the aspect of cultivating and exploring self love deeply and slowly move into the art of consentual and conscious touch.
In this workshop you will:

- Learn how to use embodied tantric practices to create more love and better relationships
- Gain powerful tools and techniques to raise your vibration and become more empowered
- Connect with your inner wisdom

This event is inclusive and open to people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship preferences. All exercises can be done independently or paired up. Consent and boundaries are honored and respected throughout the event.

Bio
Abhi Vel has been practicing sacred sexuality since 2016 when he first attended a 10 day workshop with Mantak Chia and ever since has been deeply passionate about the practice of love as an energy. Abhi discovered that love as an emotion is limited and can be draining, however love as an energy is non-depleting and through various tantric practices it's possible to create extra ordinary healing and amazing relationships. Over these last few years he got certified as a Transformational Trainer at Gratitude Training, a Tantric Educator from Source School of Tantra (Charles Muir) and worked with several other teachers notably Mantak Chia - Universal Tao, Malcolm Dean - Hunyuan Tai Chi, Lynda Caesara - Energy Mastery and create his unique blend and craft.
What truly got him thinking about teaching and becoming a Tantra Practitioner was his Daka training with TJ Bartel and Leah Piper (two very prolific Tantra Practitioners). He has been a public speaker and a comedian in the past and has been facilitating events for many years. He started TantraSF to create more awareness about Tantra and Sacred Sexuality and is dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve a deeper sense of intimacy, inner peace and balance through the power of presence and love. Through his teachings, Abhi aims to empower others to tap into their own inner wisdom and live a more fulfilling life.
