5:30 - 7:30pm: Panel Discussion

7:30 - 8:00pm: Casual conversation and questions with the experts

This panel will address the overall process of design and how individual vendor's processes work to make it a smoother experience for you, themselves, and the client! The panel will consist of:

• Ashley Fox of Ashley Fox Designs

Ashley Fox Designs is a full-service floral studio specializing in luxurious styling and fresh floral designs for weddings, events, editorials and breathtaking installations. With 25 years of experience as a designer and an education in horticulture and the arts, she hand-selects blooms from local growers and sources from around the world, providing each event with the most sought-after flowers in the design trade.

• Adam Welz of PHOS Events

A long-time favorite of the state’s top venues, planners and florists, PHOS combines world-class service with expertise in lighting and hanging installations. Specialities include Weddings, Corporate Events, Galas and Fundraisers, and Private events.

• Carly Van Veldhuizen of Girl Friday

Carly is the OG artist and designer behind Girl Friday. Her unique design perspective met with the ability to fabricate and install her designs makes her a Jill-of-all-trades. The team is experienced in working with a wide range of techniques, skills and materials. Since 2012, they’ve designed and fabricated over a thousand installations.

• Evelyn Miller of Epitome Papers

Epitome Papers is a unique wedding stationery business who is committed to helping their clients beautifully narrate their unique love stories through wedding invitations. With years of experience in the industry, they are well-equipped to guide you through all your stationery needs - from captivating Save the Dates to heartfelt thank-you cards.

Moderated by Jenna Culley of Jenna Culley Events and Linen Effects who brings the perspective of an Event Planner, Event Designer, and Event Rental Company Owner.

*Tickets are to ensure your spot is reserved as we have limited seating. All proceeds of ticket sales will be donated to the organization Open Cupboard - a local food shelf. Open Cupboard programs are designed to increase access to fresh, healthy food and basic necessities, and to provide those services in a positive, supportive way that reduces stigma and increases access to food. If you'd like to donate additional non-parishable food, please bring items to our event and we will happily deliver to Open Cupboard.
